No matter the weather, this guy is ready for whatever. Flyy.Witty. Pragmatic. Tre-Ez has a way with words and has no qualms about painting a picture with his lyrics. Being born and raised in the Foote Homes projects in South Memphis, TN is the backdrop for his music and source of his determination. Growing up in a single parent household taught him how to be responsible and assist his mother with taking care of business. He learned from the mistakes of his incarcerated step father, vowing to not follow that path. Exposure to a shattered family life taught Tre-Ez that he had to work a little harder to provide for his family.

Tre-Ez’s first encounter with music was the Jukebox on television. He was mesmerized by the hottest artists of that time. He can vividly remember his cousin attempting to teach him how to play the guitar at age 5, an instrument that he was fascinated with.  He admits that his musical influences are TI, Fabolous and the Beastie Boys and this affected his decision to pursue music as a career.  After performing his hot Memphis anthem “From the M” on Fox 13 Memphis during the Good Morning Memphis segment, he went to The Olive Garden and was immediately recognized from the show. A patron screamed with delight and treated him like a celebrity. After that experience, he knew that this is what he wanted to do…make good music and entertain the masses.

What separates Tre-Ez from other artists is his ability to adapt to any situation. His current fan base consists of a diverse composition, spanning across age, gender and ethnic demographics. This is due mostly to his entertaining delivery of real life situations. Tre-Ez steers in his own lane, sharing real life issues rather than glorifying degrading behavior. He wants Kids that are less fortunate to know that they too can be whatever they want to be. If they have a vision, they can get out of the situation. Positivity is what brings it out..
