 Tony Davis The D.J is the son to Aprilla Davis & Tony Davis Sr.. He was raised with 4 other siblings. Born in Maridion, Mississippi and raised in the small city of Dothan, AL, his father was a hustler and his mother was a Navy Veteran. In 1984, the birth of Tony Jr. changed his father forever and he stopped hustling and started a 9 to 5. In 1986 they moved from Mississippi back to their hometown of Dothan, Alabama. Since 2007 Owey has been a heavy presence in the Pittsburgh Hip-Hop scene. Hailing from the West Side of PGH he came up hard. The streets raised Owey and his younger brother. When his brother was arrested and given a 10-year sentence in a Federal penitentiary Owey gave up the streets and put his focus towards music.
