Constameka Wilson is a military brat who traveled the world with her parents and grew excited in many different things.  After her father retired from the army, she returned to her parents’ hometown to finish her education.  She currently holds a Bachelor in Computer information Systems from Delta State University and a Master in Business Technology from the University of Phoenix. 

Although skilled in many different things, none of them have ever over powered her passion for music, people, and events.    In 2006, Constameka worked as Executive Assistant for a non-profit organization in which she planned and managed events.  The success of that position led her to work for a local radio station in 2007.

By 2008, Constameka was known for her business and management skills.  During that year, she lunched a marketing and promotional company called Step Out Promotions.  Step Out Promotions handles marketing and promotional campaigns for independent artist and business owners.  Constameka in conjunction with a copartner host one of the biggest carshows in the Mississippi Delta, “Custom Whip Carshow”. 

In 2009, Constameka started working with Cool Running / Hittmen DJ – DJ Bigg V.  While working with DJ Bigg V, she developed a close working relationship with Team Bigga Rankin / Cool Running DJs.  Constameka has also worked with and maintains a close working relationship the Core DJ coalition operated by Tony Neal.  Constameka currently handles admin for Team Bigga Rankin and management for various indie artist.

Constameka Wilson chose this profession because of her passion for people and exciting events.  One of her main life goals is to help independent artist succeed.  Constameka states, “I am a grindaholic with the heart of Lion.”
