Dj Mook

Motivated by music, family and friends; Mustafa Martin better known as D.J Mook stepped into the Deejaying arena full force.  After owning a mobile detailing business and completing his Culinary certification he reverted back to what he loved to do, music.  Upon relocating from New Brunswick to Atlanta he deejayed at a few successful events, he knew this was his field and opportunities continued to surface.

Coming from a family of musicians, it’s nearly second nature for D.J Mook to thrive in the exciting world of entertainment and looking up to prominent DJ’s and Music Moguls such as DJ MLK, DJ Jelly, Cut Throat, Tony Neal, Black Bill Gates and more; Mook has had the opportunity to follow an incredible blue print of Deejaying. 

Mook has a resume that has led him to be a future mogul himself.  He is a Core DJ and he’s been stamped by 2Hot4Radio; he’s been featured on notable mixtapes such as Black Team Go Flight 2029  Hosted by DJ Khaled plus he’s worked with DJ Money Mike, DJ Awesome and more.  He has deejayed at countless popular clubs in Atlanta, and worked at prominent venues such as Center Stage and The Atrium and he is the official DJ of Room Service ATL.  He has graced the pages of Makin’ it Magazine, Pushing it Magazine, local newspapers, and been on World Star Hip-Hop.  He may even become an A&R as he looks into it from time-to-time. 

Because he plays all genres of music from techno to reggae, pop, hip-hop, classic rock and more for all ages he has a very diverse audience and this opens many doors he considers himself the ultimate DJ. Mook is ready for whatever God has in store from him and he is creating a background that will lead him on a successful journey.  He lives by a simple quote, “Decide what you want, believe you can have it, believe you deserve it, believe it’s possible for you.”  - Anonymous
